Aurelijus Lejsis is the man who makes the impossible happen, expertly supervising construction teams both on-site and from the office. Tasked with bringing our architects’ wild and wonderful ideas to life, Aurelijus faces the daily challenge of turning creative visions into tangible landscapes—often with a mix of grit, patience, and an occasional sigh.

Outside of work, Aurelijus is passionate about aviation and is a skilled drone pilot, capturing stunning perspectives from above. What most people don’t know is that he took his love of flying to new heights by building a full-scale, 1:1 F1 flight simulator in his own home.

When he’s not on-site or in the cockpit (virtual or otherwise), Aurelijus is a steady force of precision and dedication, ensuring every project not only meets expectations but exceeds them.
