Our Team

Anna Cwiklinska provides day-to-day leadership and oversees all operational aspects of the business, including Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Business Development, and Client Management. In addition to her strong financial expertise, Anna’s measured and pragmatic approach provides an excellent counterbalance in an environment where ideas and creativity thrive.

Anna holds an honours degree in Economics, specialising in International Finance, and is a full member of AAT. After qualifying as an accountant, she worked as a VAT specialist and public sector auditor before transitioning into CFO and later COO roles. Since joining NHG in 2016, Anna has played a central role in the Practice, thriving in its fast-paced, creative environment and serving as the glue that holds the team together.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys experimenting with Chinese recipes and sharing spicy meals with friends, showcasing a passion for food as strong as her Mandarin language skills. She is also an avid gardener, finding joy in continuously evolving her own garden.

Anna loves exploring Scotland’s stunning landscapes, whether cycling along scenic coastal paths, kayaking on lochs or canals, or simply appreciating the beauty of the outdoors.
