This expansive garden with an outstanding modernist/ art deco villa created a fabulous backdrop for the rest of the space. However, one of the biggest challenges was the high water table. Our client also wanted to upgrade the existing patio by making it larger and using more durable materials. Our team was able to enhance this garden space by taking the following steps:

- Implemented a professional drainage system.
- Raised up and releveled the lawn.
- Reimagined the planting scheme by adding geometrically shaped plant beds.
- A new millboard composite decking was added to mirror the curvature of the home's architecture.
- Built a submergible gravel garden with modern garden sculpture to retain larger amounts of water.
